| Looking for a realtor? Tom Kirzeder is a consummate professional.My dad passed away, and we needed to move my mom to a different state so I could care for her. Tom facilitated property repairs, and helped us to get things prepped and staged . The property was a manufactured home on a basement foundation. Tom found that the original owner hadn’t transferred title for the home to my parents when they bought it, and a legal proceeding had to be completed to resolve this. He initiated the legal process, made sure documentation was provided, and let prospective buyers know the title issue was in process. Our listing went live mid-week, and an open house was set for the weekend. By Saturday, we had three prospective buyers- Tom told them to bring their best offer, and helped us negotiate. We were able to close before the title issue was resolved, but he continued to follow up on the issue until it was resolved. We were blessed to have him as our realtor, and highly recommended his services. |
